Important Information

• Services are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours in advance (except for pool access in unpredictable weather conditions)
• Any delay will be deducted from the service time, so as not to disrupt our organization.
• Bathrobes, flip-flops, and towels are provided; swimsuits are mandatory.
• For Spa guests, please park on the street and ring the intercom located at the main entrance. gate.
• Regarding private access: only you will enjoy the facilities, but the spa team will regularly use the corridor leading through the wellness area.
