Interior spaces
Thisfive-bedroom gîte on two levelshas a troglodyte cellar typical of the Saumur region with magnificent vaults, galleries and a skylight under which is a 7-seater jacuzzi.
On the ground floor, you will find a living roomwith television and wood stove, a dining room, a equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, adjoining a strong>bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility and a laundry room.
Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms each with their own bathroom (shower and sink), as well as two other bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom and two separate toilets.
Outdoor spaces
The garden is completely enclosed so that children can enjoy it in complete safety. There is a terracewith a beautiful table for 12 people, as well as an arbor housing garden furniture.
A gate gives you access to the cellarsand the jacuzzi. On the day of departure, the jacuzzi cannot be used because we are carrying out maintenance for the next travelers.
A parking space in front of the gîte is available. In addition, you will find 4 places on land located a minute's walk from the accommodation. The street also offers parking spaces.
Information to know
The sheets and the towels are provided. From two nights, linen is included in the price. For one night stays we ask €10 per person.
Cleaning fees: included.
Tourist tax: included.

Interior spaces
This six bedroom gîte with elegant finishes has been renovated with noble materials, in the tradition of tufa houses in the Loire Valley.
On the ground floor, you will access a large kitchen / dining room, with a beautiful fireplace (non-functional), a table for 14 people and all the cooking equipment. You will appreciate the living roomwith television, the first double bedroom with bathroom corner, the second bedroom with corner bathroom and separate toilets.
Upstairs, discover amaster suite with bathroom and WC, giving access to a bedroom with two bunk beds and a trundle bed. You will also have access to a double bedroom and another bedroom with double bed and single bed, a bathroom and a laundry room .
Outdoor spaces
In an outbuilding of the gîte, you will find a spa and an indoor swimming pool. The pool, made of Bali stone, is equipped with massage jets. Access is secure.
You will enjoy strolling through a charming garden, on two levels, with some fruit trees and finding yourself on the terrace with a large table for 14 people. ;
A parking space is located in front of the gîte. Four parking spaces are located a minute's walk from the gîte. It is possible to park easily in the street in front of the gîte.
