Reservations and Rates
What are the room rates?
- Character room: from €114 to €210 including tax per night
- Romantic room: from €139 to €235 including tax per night
- Junior suite: from €204 to €300 including tax per night
- Prestige and contemporary suites: from €249 to €343 including tax per night
Are there any special offers or promotions?
Yes, we regularly offer offers and promotions. Please check our website and booking engine regularly.
Do you offer rates for children?
- Yes, breakfast is €12 for children under 10 years old.
- An extra bed is available for children from 3 to 18 years old at a rate of €50/stay.
- We put a baby bed in your room free of charge on request.
What are the arrival and departure times (check-in and check-out)?
- Keys are handed over at reception from 3pm. You can still drop off your luggage before this time.
- Check-out must be done before 11am on the day of departure. You can use the common areas until 2pm at no extra charge.
- A late check-out of the room is possible on request at the cost of an additional €10 per hour started from 11am. However, full payment for the stay must be made before 11am on the day of departure at reception.
Are guests from outside the hotel allowed?
Yes, guests from outside the hotel may be admitted subject to our capacity and with a supplement of €25 for access to the hotel swimming pool, towel included. We invite you to inquire at reception.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a reservation?
Yes, depending on your choice when booking, it may be possible to modify or cancel a reservation. Please consult your booking confirmation for more details or contact reception. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
a) In case of cancellation or modification 8 days or more before the arrival date, no fees will be charged (except bank charges which are not refunded and are the responsibility of the customer)
b) In case of cancellation 7 to 3 days before the arrival date, the owner requires 50% of the amount of the stay (plus bank charges which are not refunded and are the responsibility of the customer)
c) In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the arrival date or no-show, the owner requires 100% of the amount of the stay.
d) In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains with the owner.
What are the price and service times for breakfast?
We offer a continental buffet breakfast served daily between 8am and 10am at a price of €22/adult and €12/child.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is applied in addition to the price of the room for an amount of €2.08/night/pers.
Services et installations
What are the reception hours?
The reception is open every day from 9am to 9pm. In case of emergency, a team is available 24 hours a day.
Do you have a catering service in the hotel?
Yes, we offer a range of sweet and savoury snacks served at the bar, at the pool or in your room on request.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available until 9pm.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, our heated outdoor pool is open every day from 9am to 9pm from May to September.
Is the spa accessible to all guests?
Yes, the spa is accessible all year round to hotel guests and also to external customers, by reservation from 9am to 10:30pm. The spa is privatised for the duration of the reservation. A selection of treatments are available from 10am to 7pm.
Is there a lounge bar?
Yes, the Château bar is open every day until 9pm. You can order drinks and sweet and savoury snacks from reception for service at the bar, at the pool or in your room.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, we offer a laundry service. Please contact reception for more details.
Do you offer transport services?
No, but we can book a taxi for you to reach Château La Comtesse or go on excursions from the hotel. Please note that the tourist influx between June and September requires booking them well in advance, so please let us know well in advance of your travel needs.
Equipment and comfort
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
The Romantic Room and Prestige Suites are equipped with a modern air conditioning system installed in early 2025.
The Junior Suites and the Contemporary Suite are equipped with a mobile air conditioner. Please note that this system is noisier than modern installations. You will therefore have to turn it off at night so as not to be disturbed by the noise.
The character room is not equipped with an air conditioning system.
Do you offer specific equipment on request?
Yes, we provide sewing kits, shower caps, razors, shaving foam, feminine hygiene products, toothbrushes, toothpaste and cotton buds on request.
Is there Wi-Fi access?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.
Is there cable access?
Yes, we provide all our guests with free access to Canal+ on demand, in all rooms.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free and secure parking is available to hotel guests in the courtyard of the Château.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the establishment.
Experiences and activities
How to enjoy the wellness area?
The wellness area welcomes you from 9am to 10am and from 7pm to 8pm, without reservation, to enjoy the hammam, the sensory shower and the sauna (sanarium type).
On reservation (and subject to availability) you can enjoy private access to all the facilities: jacuzzi, hammam, sensory shower, sauna (sanarium type). Find the prices for these private moments in the Spa tab.

Consumption of personal food and drinks is not permitted in common areas to preserve the privileged atmosphere of the establishment.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase on our online store or at reception to offer an exceptional break to your loved ones.
